Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a proven track record in driving revenue, leading teams, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across diverse business units including Clinics, Spas, Herbal Trading, and Auto Spare Parts in the UAE.
Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven sales and marketing experience in the UAE.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proficient in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies.

Expertise in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

Quick learner with a passion for sales and brand growth.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for multiple verticals: Clinics (Kottakkal, Shifa), Zarya SPAs, Zarya HC, Auto Spare Parts (Alqaswa, Faris), and Herbal Trading (Oshadashala).

Lead and manage cross-functional teams including sales, tele-sales, digital marketing, and offline marketing units.

Oversee digital marketing activities and collaborate with in-house teams or agencies for optimal brand reach.

Conduct market research and customer analysis to create targeted campaigns and gather client feedback.

Supervise and manage outdoor sales teams and define goals aligned with revenue targets.

Work closely with operations managers and heads of business units to meet performance objectives.

Promote existing brands and introduce new services to enhance market presence and company reputation.

Analyze sales/marketing budgets, prepare annual financial plans, and ensure target achievements.

Generate performance reports, conduct regular team reviews, and lead strategy meetings.

Identify new sales opportunities through events, B2B networking, social media, and partnerships.

Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Participate in industry exhibitions and events to represent the company.

Negotiate and close deals while managing objections and client concerns.

Lead CRM implementation and usage across business units.

Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and results.
