Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager – Building Materials to oversee sales operations in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE building materials sector and an established network within the construction ecosystem, including contractors, consultants, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

Manage key client relationships and expand the customer base in target markets.

Lead and support the sales team (if applicable), establish KPIs, and ensure performance objectives are met.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to stay ahead in a competitive market.

Prepare compelling proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts with key clients.

Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely collections.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Submit periodic sales reports and provide actionable market intelligence to senior management.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in building materials sales within the UAE.

Strong network of contacts in the construction industry, especially in Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and close high-value deals.
-
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
