Jumeirah, a global luxury hospitality brand and part of Dubai Holding, is hiring a Sales Manager for the Russia & CIS market at its flagship property, the Burj Al Arab. With a portfolio of over 30 luxury properties worldwide, Jumeirah is known for its iconic hospitality experiences and world-class service. This role focuses on driving strategic sales efforts to meet targets in the Russia & CIS region while fostering strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage sales strategy to drive growth in the Russia & CIS market.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to stay updated on offers, market trends, and guest needs.

Monitor and maintain revenue targets, forecast room occupancy, and manage space inventory.

Lead sales reporting and forecasting processes, tracking performance against targets.
-
Manage existing and new client accounts to enable future bookings and long-term partnerships.

Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams.

Maintain accurate data on customer production, leads, and segment performance.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in international luxury hospitality.

Proven track record in developing sales strategies and exceeding targets.

Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
