Position Title: Sales Manager – Pet Products

Job Summary:
A growing pet health company is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B and retail sales initiatives in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving sales through veterinary clinics, pet stores, kennels, and online platforms, while promoting natural pet supplements enriched with Omega-3 fatty acids.
Key Responsibilities:
🐾 Sales & Business Development

Develop and manage B2B sales relationships with veterinary clinics, pet stores, and kennels

Drive retail sales through e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces

Conduct product demos and educational presentations to potential clients
📈 Market Expansion & Presence

Represent the brand at pet industry trade shows and events

Identify new market opportunities and build strategic sales pipelines
🗂️ Reporting & CRM Management

Maintain accurate sales reports, client data, and follow-ups using CRM tools

Track and analyze performance metrics to support growth strategies
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B or retail)

Strong English communication skills (C1 level); knowledge of Russian or Arabic is a plus

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel

Passion for pets and interest in the pet wellness industry preferred
Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 8,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
