People Partners is looking to hire a Sales Manager – Oil & Gas for a leading provider of distributed renewable energy solutions. The role involves developing consultative sales strategies, engaging with C-suite executives, and building business plans for energy solutions deployment across the Middle East, North Africa, and South Africa regions. Extensive travel is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop consultative sales approaches for enterprise clients deploying distributed energy solutions.

Engage C-suite executives to identify strategic needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Build business plans and financial models for energy business deployment.

Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless customer implementation.

Travel extensively across Africa and the Middle East.
Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of B2B sales experience in enterprise technology solutions.

Formal training in value-based/solutions selling methodologies.

Experience in energy solutions, including solar, battery storage, or PAYGO models.

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s/MBA preferred).

Proven ability to engage with senior executives and drive complex sales cycles.

Experience in business consulting or new market entry in emerging markets.

Willingness to travel extensively.
