Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sales Managers – Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our expanding team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are passionate about real estate and looking to advance their careers in the off-plan segment. The role involves closing deals, working with high-quality leads, and leveraging one of the highest closing rates in the market.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan properties to potential investors and end-users

Work with qualified leads provided by the company to maximize conversions

Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional after-sales support

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success

Communicate effectively in English and at least one of the following languages: Farsi or Hindi

Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies for success
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or a related field

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be fluent in English; Farsi and Indian language speakers are preferred

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure
