Join Emirates NBD as a Sales Manager for Multiproducts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales acquisition of credit cards, personal finance products, and bank accounts. You’ll lead a team, supervise KIOSK setups, and ensure cross-selling of bank products while maintaining adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets for credit cards, personal finance products, and bank accounts.

Supervise team performance and ensure adherence to processes and targets.

Drive cross-selling and provide market intelligence feedback.

Mentor and train team members for top-tier customer service and satisfaction.

Supervise KIOSK setups and ensure they meet sales targets.

Report daily team data, including submissions, approvals, and discrepancies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Proven experience in sales, particularly with credit cards, personal finance, and bank accounts.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Well-versed in banking rules and regulations.
