The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. The role focuses on selling luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, contributing to the company’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

Build and nurture relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.

Handle inquiries, negotiations, and finalize contracts professionally and efficiently.

Maintain a robust CRM system to track client interactions and sales activities.

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, exhibitions, open houses, and promotional activities.

Use digital marketing tools and social media to expand outreach.

Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing, trends, and demand, and offer strategic insights.

Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly address any client issues or feedback.

Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all dealings.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.

2–3 years minimum experience in sales, specifically with real estate developers in the UAE.

Fluency in Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, or German is a plus.

Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Ability to network, work independently, and close high-value deals.

Experience with luxury real estate projects is highly advantageous.
