PAY10 is actively hiring a Sales Manager – GCC to lead merchant acquisition efforts and grow its digital payments footprint across the Gulf region. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, targeting mid-to-large-scale merchants across verticals like retail, e-commerce, travel, and services. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in fintech, digital payments, and B2B sales, with a proven track record in closing high-value deals across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle merchant acquisition across the GCC region.

Build and manage a sales pipeline targeting key industry verticals.

Handle lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and onboarding.

Understand client challenges and tailor fintech/payment solutions.

Work closely with Product, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Track industry trends, regulatory changes (e.g., SAMA, CBUAE), and adjust strategies accordingly.

Maintain CRM accuracy and report on sales performance and forecasts.

Represent PAY10 at conferences and trade events for visibility and lead generation.
Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in fintech or payment services in the GCC.

Demonstrated success in acquiring and scaling merchant relationships.

Strong knowledge of payment gateways, wallets, BNPL, POS, and embedded finance solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Self-motivated, KPI-driven, and open to GCC travel.
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong merchant/partner network in the GCC.
-
Background with banks, acquirers, or PSPs in the region.

Familiarity with GCC fintech regulatory frameworks and compliance.
