Sales Manager – Fruits, Seafood & Food Products


Banline General Trading Co. L.L.C, a subsidiary of Banzan Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead market expansion and drive revenue growth in the fruits, seafood, and food products sector. Based in Dubai, UAE, we specialize in the import and export of high-quality, fresh food products, serving clients across the Middle East and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Sales:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in local and international markets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and restaurant chains.
- Conduct market research to analyze competition, pricing trends, and customer demands.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear sales targets and driving performance.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their sales techniques and product knowledge.
Supply Chain & Product Management:
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure an efficient supply chain.
- Assist in product selection and pricing strategies to maintain competitive market positioning.
Business Development & Partnerships:
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events to build strategic business relationships.
- Negotiate and secure high-value business deals in the food industry.
Sales Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies for higher conversion rates.
- Provide regular sales reports and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
Industry Expertise:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the fruits, seafood, or food industry, with a strong client network.
- Experience in international trade, import/export processes, and overseas sales channels is preferred.
Sales & Negotiation Skills:
- Strong ability to develop new markets, negotiate deals, and secure high-profile clients.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in market research and sales strategy adjustments.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Proven experience in leading and managing successful sales teams.
Language & Communication Skills:
- Native Arabic speaker, fluent in Chinese and English.
Adaptability & Travel:
- Willingness to work in an international environment and travel as required.
