Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for its Honda dealership in Dubai Festival City. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team to achieve targets, enhance customer experience, and ensure the highest operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and direct the sales team to achieve sales and value-added product targets.

Maintain showroom standards, vehicle displays, and overall facility in line with Al-Futtaim guidelines.

Monitor daily sales performance and provide coaching to ensure continuous improvement.

Develop and analyze business plans to meet operational targets.
-
Implement efficient sales processes and handle escalated customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and updated customer data capture across all sales points.

Conduct regular training and updates on product knowledge and infrastructure to enhance team performance.

Foster a customer-centric culture by delivering immersive and educational experiences to customers.
Required Skills to be Successful:

Strong automotive retail sales background.
-
Proven supervisory and leadership capabilities.
-
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-
Valid UAE driver’s license.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree.
-
7–10 years of automotive retail experience.
-
Minimum 3 years in a leadership/people management role.
-
Previous experience in a branded retail environment is a plus.
