ALDAR, a leading real estate development and investment company in the UAE, is hiring a Sales Manager to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on residential property sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management. The role is ideal for a results-driven professional with deep market insight and a strong sales track record in the UAE real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through networking, marketing, and broker databases

Showcase available properties and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients

Prepare sales offers, contracts, and related documentation

Achieve and manage quarterly and annual sales targets
-
Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and deal progress

Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and brokers
-
Advise clients on property benefits, financing options, and investment opportunities
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies throughout the sales process
-
Handle client concerns and provide post-sale support

Represent ALDAR at exhibitions and in sales centers
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4–6 years of residential real estate sales experience

Proven annual sales record of AED 100 million or more

Strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC real estate markets

Skilled in client relationship management and conflict resolution

Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work 6 days a week across offices, sales centers, and exhibitions
Education:
-
Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage)
