Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development within the jewellery retail technology space. This role focuses on selling integrated solutions such as ERP, RFID, POS systems, and retail automation tools to jewellery retailers, helping them streamline operations and improve visibility across their business.

The ideal candidate is highly structured, data-driven, and experienced in managing complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads within the jewellery retail ecosystem.

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and define measurable business value.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including product demonstrations, proposal development, and negotiations.

  • Engage with decision-makers across ownership, operations, and IT teams.

  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking within CRM systems, ensuring clear deal stages and next actions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.

  • Prepare weekly pipeline performance reports including pipeline vs. target, deal ageing, discount analysis, and win/loss insights.

  • Participate consistently in CRM and deal review meetings.

  • Maintain strict process discipline, ensuring all opportunities and updates are properly logged.


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience selling technology solutions to the jewellery retail sector (ERP, POS, RFID, or automation).

  • Strong understanding of sales pipeline metrics, forecasting, and revenue modelling.

  • Proven CRM management experience using platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

  • Ability to structure, document, and manage deals through defined sales stages.

  • Analytical mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
