Job Description:

We are hiring experienced and dynamic Sales Managers for a leading Dubai-based property development company renowned for delivering large-scale high-rise residential projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 3–4 Sales Executives

• Drive property sales across residential and commercial sectors

• Design and implement effective sales strategies and monthly action plans

• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and coach the team toward consistent performance

• Maintain a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, including pricing trends, regulations, and client preferences

• Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age: 40 years old and below

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within real estate, aviation, luxury retail, or hospitality

• Proven track record in closing primary market property deals

• Deep knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate markets is an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
