Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven expertise in trading secondhand footwear across diverse brands and markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the second-hand/recycled materials industry, with the ability to develop strategic sales initiatives, acquire and manage key clients, ensure product quality, and drive revenue growth both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the second-hand footwear and recycled material markets.

Understand and promote recycled shredded materials and their applications.

Penetrate both domestic and international markets through innovative sales strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings, pricing models, and sales techniques.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure quality compliance in product delivery.

Tailor solutions to meet unique client requirements and promote long-term engagement.
3. New Client Acquisition:

Proactively research and approach potential clients.

Attend industry events, network effectively, and leverage personal/professional contacts.

Convert leads into loyal clients with personalized pitches and follow-through.
4. Sales Strategy & Market Analysis:

Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to expand market presence.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry pricing to refine sales approaches.

5. Account & Payment Management:

Ensure on-time delivery of goods aligned with quality expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the second-hand footwear or recycled product sales industry.

Strong command of both Arabic and English.
