Job Title: Sales Manager 

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the medical sales team within the assigned territory, ensuring timely customer visits, order generation, and payment collection while developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Team Management & Sales Operations

  • Lead and manage the Medical Representatives, KAMs, and Product Specialists within the designated territory.
  • Ensure all daily visits, stock replenishments, and repeat orders are completed on time.
  • Monitor and drive sales targets, ensuring business growth within the region.

🔹 Business Development & Client Relations

  • Negotiate agreements with key clients to drive revenue and strengthen relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales performance.
  • Conduct marketing activities, such as RTM and group meetings with doctors, to raise product awareness.

🔹 Team Development & Training

  • Hire, train, and develop new employees in the sales team.
  • Organize medical and skill training sessions to build a high-performing sales force.

🔹 Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Conduct sales forecasting and analyze market trends for business growth.
  • Present regular market feedback and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

🔹 Key Account Management

  • Ensure proper product listing in key accounts and effective market penetration.
  • Maintain excellent product display and service standards within the territory.

Qualifications & Requirements

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
📅 Experience: Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in pharma sales.
🚗 License: UAE Driving License is mandatory.
💻 Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong sales leadership and managerial skills.
    🌍 Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
