We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Off-Plan Property Sales Team in Dubai. This leadership role is pivotal in driving sales performance, meeting revenue targets, and cultivating a high-performance team culture. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants specializing in off-plan property developments.

Set clear sales targets and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds KPIs.

Develop and refine sales strategies tailored to off-plan project cycles.

Deliver training and coaching to enhance team capabilities and sales performance.

Track performance metrics, pipeline status, and sales conversion rates.

Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and brokers.

Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure consistent project messaging and materials.

Oversee property tours, presentations, and negotiations to secure successful deal closures.

Regularly update senior leadership on sales activity, challenges, and market shifts.

Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor projects, and investor trends.
Who You Are:
You are a driven leader with a strong understanding of the real estate sales process, particularly within the off-plan segment. You know how to inspire teams, understand buyer psychology, and deliver outstanding results.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales, preferably with a reputed developer.

Proven success in a similar leadership role—Sales Manager, Sales Team Lead, etc.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated ability to build and execute high-impact sales strategies.
