Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description:
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a passion for smart technology, a strong industry network, and a track record in driving strategic B2B sales, this role is for you.
You’ll lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals, working closely with developers, hotels, and real estate firms to promote cutting-edge home automation and intelligent building solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with developers, hotel chains, real estate firms, and government entities.

Lead the complete sales lifecycle—including client consultations, solution design, quotations, bids, and contract negotiations.

Create compelling, customized proposals and present innovative smart system solutions that align with client needs.

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and customer behaviors to continuously refine sales strategy.

Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities and strategic sales channels to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

Open to Arabic and Indian nationals, aged 40 or below

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Smart Building Technology, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in smart solutions, automation, or related industries

Strong existing network within real estate, hospitality, and property management sectors

Must possess a valid UAE driving license
