Sales Manager – Showroom Operations (Furniture/Retail)
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: AED 12,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances) + Commissions (as per company policy)
About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our showroom sales team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales growth, managing inventory, and maintaining the visual appeal of the showroom. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team through regular meetings and coaching

Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports for management

Deliver excellent customer service and handle client escalations effectively

Manage staff schedules and performance evaluations

Maintain optimal showroom inventory and liaise with design and procurement teams

Ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and updated regularly

Track product trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Plan and execute promotional campaigns and in-store events

Stay up-to-date with market developments to identify new opportunities
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales management role, ideally in furniture or retail

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

Must be currently based in the UAE and able to reliably commute to work
