Eaton is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its GEIS team in the UAE. The role involves specifying and selling Crouse Hinds & B Line products into the industrial and oil & gas segments, managing distributors, and driving sales through project opportunities. The position requires a technical background and expertise in the oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the UAE OEM and distributor markets for Crouse Hinds & B Line products in the industrial and oil & gas sectors.

Map brownfield projects and work with distributors, end users, and contractors to specify products (LED, GRP/SS solutions for panels).

Provide technical and commercial support from the moment of inquiry until conversion to order.

Conduct installation audits for LED conversions and other MRO requirements.

Review distributors’ stock levels to ensure MRO requirements are met.

Run monthly distribution tracking and assess technical specifications to determine suitable product offerings.

Leverage Eaton cross-selling opportunities to ensure maximum product coverage.

Lead product presentations to OEMs and other stakeholders.

Ensure timely order execution and manage customer expectations for high satisfaction.

Meet profit and individual targets on a quarterly basis to achieve annual success.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

5 to 10 years of experience in selling electrical products.

Experience in the oil & gas sector within the UAE.
-
Proficient in Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering.
