Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager specializing in Agri Commodities and Spices, including red chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper, flours, basmati rice, grains, and pulses.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both domestic and international sales, particularly in GCC and other Gulf markets. This role demands strategic thinking, leadership, and expertise in market dynamics to drive revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets in the UAE region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
🤝 Client & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Ensure timely payments from buyers while maximizing profit margins.
- Drive repeat business through excellent client management and service.
📊 Performance Monitoring & Industry Insights
- Monitor and report on sales performance with actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the spices, food products, or Agri commodities industry.
- Strong experience in GCC and Gulf markets, with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
💼 Technical & Soft Skills:
- Strong knowledge of international sales processes, regulations, and cultural considerations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development.
