Atos is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales targets, particularly in the financial or public sector. Experience with system integrators is essential. The role includes managing sales pipelines, client negotiations, and participating in sales and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business opportunities and support existing client accounts, especially in the financial or public sector.

• Manage sales targets, pipeline development, and ensure consistent achievement of sales and revenue goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

• Lead the planning and coordination of the offer process, ensuring customer requirements are met.

• Participate in internal approval processes and collaborate with pre-sales and delivery units.

• Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with approved offer frameworks.

• Maintain accurate business opportunities and pipeline data in Atos’ CRM system.

• Analyze the market, customers, and competitors to provide insights and reporting.

• Initiate and participate in sales and marketing campaigns to generate new business.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of experience in sales and business development in the IT sector, focusing on project, solution, or product sales.

• Proven experience with system integrators and managing clients in the financial or public sector.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
