MetLife Gulf is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join their team in the UAE. The role involves building and leading a high-performing team of Life Insurance Agents to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The position requires expertise in recruitment, training, performance management, and business development to foster growth and success in the insurance sector.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to recruit, train, and develop a team of 10-12 Insurance Agents.

• Proactively identify and onboard top-tier sales talent.

• Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and maximize team performance.

• Actively manage team activities and drive sales growth by demonstrating sales techniques.

• Build and maintain relationships with agents and resolve any issues.

• Provide regular performance reports and insights to the Sales Head.

• Achieve business targets, including monthly/yearly sales and activation targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of progressive sales experience in the UAE’s Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services industry.

• At least 4 years of leadership experience managing sales teams in the UAE.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Solid understanding of life insurance products and sales processes.

• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
