Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Team Leadership: Inspire, lead, and mentor a team of sales professionals to peak performance.

Business Development: Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and drive business growth.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with buyers, investors, and key stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training programs.

Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.

Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead high-value negotiations and ensure smooth transaction closures.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 3–5 years of sales leadership in Dubai’s real estate sector.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and scale sales teams effectively.

Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate trends, developments, and investment drivers in Dubai.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.

Results Orientation: Track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and performance benchmarks.

Language: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage.
