Edge by Rotana, a well-known hospitality brand, is hiring a Sales Manager to join their dynamic on-site team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for a passionate and results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys delivering top-tier customer service.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and generating business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will play a critical role in developing client relationships, negotiating business deals, and promoting Edge by Rotana within the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure complete and strategic coverage of assigned portfolio for maximum productivity and client servicing.

Execute sales action plans and strategies to exceed set targets.

Establish and negotiate rates and packages for group and transient business.

Generate qualified sales leads and promote the property across relevant segments.

Analyze and report on market trends, competitor activity, and business development opportunities.

Maintain key account records and assist in the management of the client database.

Follow selling strategies to maximize up-selling and revenue growth opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of post-graduate sales experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Exceptional presentation skills and ability to engage with clients at all levels.
