Job Title: Sales Manager – Media & Retail Partnerships (Dubai)
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of International – Asian & Arabic channels in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing retail clients in the UAE market, a strategic and creative mindset to boost sales, and the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns across linear TV and social media platforms. This role requires a market-savvy professional who can make data-driven decisions and successfully manage retail partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Retail Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

Identify, pitch, and onboard retail clients onto the Client Network by leveraging available assets.

Develop strategic partnerships across key industries such as Jewelry, Exchange Houses, FMCG, and more.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop ROI-driven, out-of-the-box sales concepts to maximize asset utilization.

Sell premium impact properties, including Awards, Cricket, and other high-profile genres.

Execute and manage successful on-ground events and activations to enhance client engagement.

Market Analysis & Performance Tracking:

Conduct market research to analyze trends, forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities.

Utilize IPSOS & TAM data to optimize sales strategies and enhance network performance.

Presentation & Negotiation:

Create compelling sales presentations and pitch innovative advertising solutions to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Team Collaboration & Business Alignment:

Work closely with internal teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals.

Adapt quickly to market changes and evolving client needs to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: 8-12 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the media industry.

Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales forecasting, market analytics (IPSOS & TAM), and media buying strategies.
