Key Responsibilities

Organize and lead the sales planning process

Build baseline forecasts within our sales planning systems

Collect and evaluate primary market and performance data

Input external/internal influencing factors into forecast models
-
Analyze deviations from forecasts, identify root causes, and implement corrections
-
Improve and refine forecasting models continuously

Collaborate with developers to implement forecasting tools and enhancements
-
Prepare and manage the promotional activity planning process
-
Conduct short-term and long-term promotional forecasts
-
Evaluate financial effectiveness of campaigns

Generate planning and procurement-related reports
Requirements
-
Higher education in Finance or related field (e.g., FINEC preferred)
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 1C reporting; experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik
-
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to justify data-driven decisions
-
Fluent in English and Russian (both spoken and written)

Comfortable working with large datasets and complex business models
