About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive – Wood Furnishing & Solid Surface to drive trade and project-based sales across the UAE market. This role is focused on building long-term, volume-driven relationships with joinery workshops, furniture manufacturers, fit-out contractors, and interior design studios.

Success in this role requires a hands-on understanding of joinery workflows, materials, and applications, combined with disciplined follow-up, site engagement, and strong account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with joinery workshops, furniture manufacturers, fit-out contractors, and interior designers

• Promote and sell wood panels, furnishing materials, and solid surface products for cabinetry, wardrobes, furniture, and interior fit-out applications

• Identify sales opportunities across residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects

• Support clients with material selection, finishes, specifications, lead times, and availability

• Conduct regular site visits, workshop visits, and factory meetings to support ongoing projects

• Generate repeat business through consistent follow-up, service reliability, and relationship management

• Track client requirements and upcoming projects to drive volume and pipeline growth

Requirements

Experience & Market Knowledge

• 2–8 years of UAE sales experience in wood panels, solid surface, joinery materials, or furniture-related products

• Strong understanding of joinery, cabinetry, solid surface applications, and furniture manufacturing processes

• Existing relationships with joinery companies, fit-out contractors, or furniture manufacturers are highly preferred

Skills & Profile

• Comfortable working in workshops, factories, and construction sites

• Practical, solution-oriented approach to client support and problem-solving

• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

• UAE driving licence preferred

Salary & Benefits
