This full-time position involves converting leads, educating parents on personalized tutoring services, and building partnerships—all while working remotely. Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with prospective clients (parents of school-aged children).

Convert inbound leads into enrollments through a consultative sales approach.

Understand parents’ needs and recommend tailored tutoring solutions.

Present the benefits of Mentor Match’s personalized mentorship model.

Build and manage local referral networks and partnerships.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.

Coordinate with customer support and operations for seamless onboarding.
Candidate Requirements:

Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving.

Tools: Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools like Zoom, WhatsApp, and email.

Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
