Role Overview:
We’re hiring two full-time Sales Executives to drive conversions from warm leads. These are individuals who have already submitted an enquiry via our UK payroll comparison website and are expecting a follow-up. Your mission is to provide tailored payroll projections, explain our services, and convert leads into satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and follow up with warm inbound leads—no cold calling required.

• Clearly explain payroll structures and benefits to UK-based contractors.

• Build trust through consultative sales techniques.

• Deliver tailored income projections (weekly/monthly) to help contractors make informed decisions.

• Guide clients through the onboarding process smoothly and efficiently.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident speaker with a professional and persuasive approach.

• Target-driven and motivated by uncapped earning potential.

• Prior experience in sales, recruitment, or telesales is a plus but not required.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
