INTECHNICS is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive to grow its presence across the UAE and KSA, with potential expansion into other GCC markets. This role focuses on selling advanced Parking & Vehicle Access Systems, Visitor Management Solutions, and RFID-based technologies to corporate, commercial, and infrastructure clients.

The successful candidate will manage the full sales lifecycle, develop strategic accounts, and contribute to market growth within a highly technical and solutions-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales operations across the UAE and KSA, with scope for wider GCC expansion

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development through to handover and collection

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners

  • Monitor and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, providing insights for product and solution enhancements

  • Represent the company at local and regional exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events

  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports outlining performance against targets and KPIs

  • Develop in-depth technical understanding of products and present solutions effectively to clients


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within Parking & Vehicle Access Systems, Visitor Management Solutions, or RFID technologies in the GCC

  • Proven experience handling B2B or corporate sales in the UAE; KSA exposure is an advantage

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are preferred

  • Engineering degree or technical background is an advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a professional, consultative sales approach

  • Ability to research, self-learn, and stay current with emerging technologies

  • Valid UAE driving licence
