Hyatt is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executive fluent in Russian to join their team at one of their flagship properties in Dubai. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing partnerships, and promoting the hotel’s offerings. Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure business growth opportunities by expanding existing portfolios and acquiring new accounts

Conduct hotel inspections and entertain partners

Engage in weekly sales activities such as sales calls, site inspections, and sales blitz to boost business growth

Perform competitor research and maintain deep product knowledge of the hotel

Build strategic “win-win” partnerships with DMCs and tour operators
-
Collaborate with operations teams to meet guests’ expectations

Achieve personal sales targets and adhere to laws, regulations, and hotel policies
-
Support the sales team and develop Sales Coordinators through training and coaching

Maintain updated awareness of hotel products, promotions, and policies
Qualifications

Experience in proactive sales; Sales Executive experience preferred

Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills

Good team development, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in computer literacy

Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations

Driving license preferred

Fluency in Russian is required
