Hyatt is looking for a Proactive Sales Executive – Leisure to join their vibrant sales team in Dubai. If you’re passionate about sales, relationship-building, and the hospitality industry, this is your chance to thrive with one of the world’s most recognized hotel brands!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and attending events.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement winning sales strategies.

  • Accurately track and manage all sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Provide management with regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or the hospitality industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and CRM best practices.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and related sales tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Fluency in Russian (verbal and written) is required.

Work Type: Full-Time, On-site (Dubai)
