Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and attending events.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement winning sales strategies.

Accurately track and manage all sales activities in the CRM system.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide management with regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights.
Skills and Qualifications Required:

Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or the hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of sales principles and CRM best practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM systems and related sales tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Fluency in Russian (verbal and written) is required.
