Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a driven Sales Executive – Leisure to join its vibrant sales team. The ideal candidate will proactively generate leads, build strong client relationships, and help drive the hotel’s leisure segment revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.

• Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing leisure clients.

• Conduct engaging sales presentations, meetings, and hotel tours to highlight offerings and services.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with the broader sales and management team.

• Accurately manage the sales pipeline via CRM software, ensuring up-to-date tracking of client interactions and sales progress.

• Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Proven track record in sales, ideally within the hospitality, travel, or B2B sector.

• Deep understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and leisure market trends.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in CRM platforms and other sales tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian are required.
