Hyatt is looking for a Sales Executive – Leisure to join their dynamic sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role will involve prospecting, sales presentations, and closing deals while managing client accounts and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to showcase Hyatt’s solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Track sales activities in CRM systems, ensuring accurate client records and progress tracking.

Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs to effectively position Hyatt’s offerings.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
Required Skills & Expertise:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or relevant industry.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in the Russian language.
