Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is hiring a Proactive Sales Executive – Leisure to join its energetic sales team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated professional passionate about sales growth and customer engagement. The successful candidate will focus on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the hotel’s leisure business segment. Proficiency in the Russian language is highly preferred due to the clientele base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new leisure sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach

  • Maintain and grow relationships with both prospective and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos tailored to client needs

  • Collaborate on sales strategy development and execution

  • Track sales pipeline activity using CRM software, ensuring accurate data management

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide strategic input to management

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within hospitality or a B2B environment

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and client relationship management

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

  • Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting

  • Proficient in CRM tools and other digital sales platforms

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • Fluency in Russian (verbal and written) is required
