Job Title: Sales Executive (Lead Generation)
Job Description:
Join the team at German FinTax Consultancy FZE LLC, a leading consultancy firm offering a wide range of services including audit, accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and business advisory solutions across the UAE.
Location: Dubai, UAE (Flexible Working – No Office-Based Requirement)
As a Sales Executive (Lead Generation Focus), your main responsibility will be to drive lead generation efforts for our consultancy services. You will focus on identifying high-quality leads, establishing initial contact, and introducing potential clients to our solutions, all while working in a non-pressure environment—no sales targets or deal-closing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads via networking, cold calling, social media, and referrals

Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients

Understand client needs and introduce them to appropriate services

Schedule meetings between prospects and the consultancy team for further discussions

Support marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility

Follow up with leads regularly to maintain relationships and increase engagement
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or lead generation (any industry) in the UAE

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

UAE driving license is a plus (but not mandatory)
