Sales Executive – IT & Digital Marketing Services
ARLI GEEKS Dubai , UAE

ARLI GEEKS is looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a client-facing role focused on selling IT and Digital Marketing services to SMEs across the UAE and the broader GCC region.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email, social media, and field visits

  • Conduct presentations and product demos to highlight service offerings

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to consistently grow the customer base

  • Attend on-site client meetings and sales engagements

Collaboration on Service Offerings

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to understand and fine-tune offerings

  • Assist in shaping competitive service packages based on market trends and customer needs

Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Contribute to lead generation strategies in collaboration with the team (SEO, PPC, email marketing)

  • Nurture leads throughout the sales cycle to conversion

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze competitors and identify new sales opportunities

  • Provide market intelligence to improve pricing and service structure

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-engagement

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Use CRM systems to track and report on lead status, pipeline movement, and conversions

  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales KPIs

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate regularly with management and marketing teams to align strategies

  • Take part in brainstorming sessions and quarterly planning


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience (quota-carrying), preferably in IT or digital marketing industries

  • Solid understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills


Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure

  • Experience in B2B solution selling

  • Proficiency with communication tools and presentation platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, PowerPoint)

  • Analytical thinking and adaptability to evolving digital markets
