The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Business Development: Identify prospective customers, research market trends, and evaluate sales opportunities.
✅ Sales & Client Relations: Establish contact, build relationships, and recommend tailored logistics solutions.
✅ Customer Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
✅ Industry Analysis: Stay updated on trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements.
✅ Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports for strategic decision-making.
✅ Credit & Risk Management: Ensure credit policies are followed and coordinate with the finance team for debt collection.
✅ Complaint Handling: Collaborate with customer service and operations to resolve client issues.
✅ Vendor & Partner Coordination: Negotiate rates with overseas agents, shipping lines, and airlines for better service offerings.
Requirements
🔹 Education: Preferably a bachelor’s degree.
🔹 Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in freight forwarding.
🔹 Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
🔹 Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required.
🔹 Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with customs procedures, transportation laws, and logistics operations.
