We are hiring on behalf of a well-established freight forwarding company in the GCC, with over 30 years of industry presence and excellence. As part of their expansion in the UAE, they are looking for a Sales/Business Development Executive to join their growing Dubai team.
🚀 Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored freight forwarding solutions.

Identify and convert new business opportunities through networking and market insights.

Collaborate closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery.

Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals profitably.

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.

Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to represent the company.
✅ Requirements

2+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics/shipping within the UAE is mandatory.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Valid UAE Driving License.

Hindi or Tamil speakers will have an advantage.

Certification in freight forwarding or supply chain is a plus.
