Sales Executive – Etisalat B2B (Outdoor Sales)

Sharaf DG is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive specializing in Etisalat B2B outdoor sales. The ideal candidate will proactively identify business opportunities, engage clients, and deliver tailored telecom solutions to meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

  • Target potential clients and industries for business expansion.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering appropriate products/services.

  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.

  • Maintain accurate sales activity records using CRM tools.

  • Provide regular sales performance and market feedback reports to Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • 1-3 years’ experience in outdoor or B2B sales.

  • Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, Business On).

  • Valid UAE driver’s license with willingness to travel frequently.

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record in outdoor and B2B sales.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
