Group of Factories Abduljalil Mahdi Mohd Alasmawi LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for their API Machine Shop and ASME Fabrication division in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in ASME-certified fabrication sales, strong industry connections, and a passion for driving business growth in a competitive market. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution for ASME pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other fabricated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for ASME-certified fabrication projects.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.

Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions for ASME pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other fabricated equipment.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential customers.
-
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company objectives.
-
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and customer requirements to prepare cost estimates.

Calculate material, labor, and overhead costs for ASME-compliant fabrication projects.

Work with engineering and procurement teams to source accurate pricing for raw materials and outsourced components.

Develop detailed and competitive quotations while ensuring profitability.

Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to verify adherence to industry codes and customer requirements.

Work closely with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.

Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery within cost constraints.

Address client inquiries and resolve any technical or commercial issues during project execution.
Required Experience & Skills:

3–5 years of experience in fabrication sales (UAE experience mandatory).

Strong knowledge of ASME-certified fabrication (U, PP, S, and R).

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to generate leads and drive sales in a competitive market.
