Sales Executive


Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a Proactive Sales Executive to join its dynamic sales team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for motivated professionals passionate about driving sales growth and building strong client relationships. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating leads, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings to showcase solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of client interactions
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management, including forecasts and market intelligence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or relevant industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
