🔹 Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the building materials sector. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of construction-related products and a successful history of exceeding sales targets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory

Build and nurture long-term customer relationships

Close sales deals through effective negotiation and solution-based selling

Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sales support

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Act as a professional brand ambassador at all times
🔹 Candidate Profile:
Experience:

Minimum 5+ years in sales within the building materials industry

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

Previous experience with products such as construction chemicals, plywood, MDF, cement sheets, paints, and hardware
Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Expertise in customer relationship management and B2B selling

Solid negotiation skills and business acumen

Deep knowledge of construction materials and market trends

Effective time management and multitasking skills

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Sales certifications (e.g., CSP) are a plus
