Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the U.A.E. The ideal candidate is an Arabic-speaking female professional with a valid U.A.E. driving license and a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the food industry, especially within the Horeca and institutional segments. This role focuses on selling and promoting frozen meat products across key industry sectors including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and trading firms.
Key Responsibilities:

Actively sell and promote frozen meat products to Horeca, institutional buyers, catering companies, and trading firms.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.

Achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies and growing client base.

Provide tailored product solutions based on client requirements.

Drive product awareness and market penetration through innovative sales tactics.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of product quality and competitive advantages.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of U.A.E. sales experience in the food or frozen meat industry.

Arabic-speaking female candidate preferred.

Valid U.A.E. driving license.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Deep understanding of Horeca and institutional market dynamics.

Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.
