Job Title: Sales Executive 

Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and sales-driven professionals with strong multitasking capabilities to join our team as Sales Executives focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the UAE market and skilled at selling to HORECA, retail, e-commerce platforms, and supermarkets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet and exceed company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned region

• Develop new accounts while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships

• Close sales deals by effectively presenting product features and negotiating competitive terms

Market Analysis & Strategy Execution:

• Stay updated with the latest market trends, customer needs, and competitor movements, especially in HORECA, retail, and online platforms

• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly

Product Expertise & Client Engagement:

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services

• Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to specific customer requirements

Sales Operations & Reporting:

• Manage customer accounts, sales leads, and interactions with a structured approach

• Maintain up-to-date records and generate accurate sales reports and performance forecasts

• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure a seamless sales process

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE market; FMCG and HORECA exposure preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Valid UAE driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

• Experience in selling to e-commerce/online platforms, supermarkets, and retail stores is a plus
