Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key retail accounts and motivate them to meet product performance goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers; provide product training and detailing.

  • Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities in the market.

  • Propose new listings, promotions, and space expansion within retail locations.

  • Monitor inventory levels, raise reorders, and ensure full market coverage through regular visits.

  • Track and report share of shelf, brand positioning, and contract execution.

  • Analyze market intelligence, competition, and provide regular feedback.

Professional Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of commercial and retail fundamentals.

  • Ability to analyze data, track performance, and identify actionable insights.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to create win-win propositions.

  • Deep customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal communication.

  • Knowledge of UAE retail landscape, consumer behavior, and trends.

Required Experience:

  • 1–3 years of FMCG field experience in the UAE, preferably with top distributors or managing key accounts.

  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
