Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by developing strong customer relationships and implementing effective sales strategies. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and consistent communication. The ideal candidate will be experienced in modern sales techniques, focused on customer retention, and capable of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow company revenue by building strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.

  • Identify potential clients within the assigned territory and expand the client base through active prospecting.

  • Retain customers and reduce churn by delivering exceptional service and personalized solutions.

  • Use traditional and digital sales strategies (social media, email marketing, and in-person meetings) to promote company offerings.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and client interactions for analysis and performance tracking.

  • Engage in active communication (calls, emails, visits) to keep clients informed and engaged.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns that support sales goals.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of modern sales strategies and digital promotion tools.

  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and maintain professional ethics.

  • Strong soft skills, including communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills.

  • Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building capabilities.

  • Prior experience in a sales or business development role is preferred.
