Job Overview:
We are hiring an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team in the UAE. In this front-line role, you will not only represent the brand but also guide customers in discovering the perfect solutions tailored to their lifestyle needs. Your success will be defined by your ability to deliver outstanding service, drive sales, and maintain a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage customers, offering product demonstrations and personalized solutions

Assist with product setup and educate customers on product functionality and value

Maintain accurate customer data and interactions using CRM tools

Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs while achieving sales targets

Handle product feedback and coordinate with the Quality team to resolve issues

Stay informed on the latest product updates and apply knowledge in customer interactions

Ensure compliance with store policies, cash handling, and visual merchandising standards

Manage product placement and ensure inventory is stocked and displayed appropriately

Work flexibly with varying shifts based on business requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:

2–8 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience

Strong persuasion, communication, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools

Ability to troubleshoot, resolve complaints, and manage customer expectations

Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated with a customer-first mindset

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Flexible to work in any of the assigned UAE locations
