Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow business with wholesalers and distributors in the tobacco sector. The ideal candidate will identify volume opportunities, drive market share, and build strong commercial partnerships. This role is critical to executing company strategies, meeting coverage objectives, and influencing key clients to support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Sell the company’s products, promotions, and programs to wholesalers and distributors.

Develop effective selling plans tailored to partner needs and aligned with company objectives.

Demonstrate deep product and industry knowledge to drive commercial discussions.

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and act on sales opportunities to boost performance.

Establish and strengthen partnerships with distributors and wholesalers across assigned territory.

Analyze account performance and suggest improvements to enhance sales.

Align partner activities with the company’s coverage goals and sales strategies.

Maintain compliance with promotional programs, pricing, and partnership agreements.

Track and measure resource use to ensure time efficiency and productivity per client.

Share insights from the field with management, including competitive intelligence and customer feedback.

Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and supporting broader division goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

University diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in tobacco or FMCG industries.

Must be 25 years or older with a valid UAE driver’s license.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Microsoft Teams.

Ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences and educational levels.

Strong time management, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.

Ability to build credibility and influence client decision-makers.
Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in tobacco sales highly desirable.
-
Multilingual abilities: Arabic, Chinese, or French is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
